The last few weeks I’ve been going to the gym “Can Ricart" once a week with my classmates. The first day we did spinning, which is a type of aerobic exercise that is done with an exercise bike. The second one bodycombat, a program of cardiovascular exercises that is done in group and consists of performing movements of different martial arts such as taekwondo, karate, capoeira, muay thay, tai chi or boxing.
Then we did yoga, which is a practice of a where you do postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation... |
